The decays of the tau lepton provide us a valuable framework to simultaneously study the hadronic, electorweak and possible BSM interactions. In this talk, I will focus on the radiative two-pion decay channel of the tau lepton. We include various hadron interactions via the resonance chiral theory and reveal distinct hadron resonances in different two-particle spectra. Furthermore, interesting nonvanishing triple-product asymmetric distributions are predicted and can shed light on future experimental measurements.
